1. ABOUT US
This online store is operated by Endu Pets, an online business based in South Africa ("we", "us", "our"). We currently sell to customers in Australia. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS
We try to describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different on screen, and product photos with example engraving are for illustration only. Your item will be engraved with the details you provide.
3. PERSONALISATION
For personalised items, you are responsible for checking that the details you enter are correct and spelled correctly. We engrave exactly what you submit. You must not ask us to engrave anything offensive or unlawful, or anything that belongs to someone else, such as a trademark. We may refuse or cancel any order with such content and refund you.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include any applicable taxes. Payment is taken when you place your order. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed. If a product is shown at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
5. ORDERS
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we will refund any payment in full.
6. DELIVERY
Delivery times and costs are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
7. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
These are covered by our Refund Policy.
8. USE OF PRODUCTS
Pet ID tags and accessories are not a substitute for supervising your pet. Please check items regularly for wear and replace them if damaged. Remove any item if your pet shows signs of chewing or discomfort.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. WEBSITE CONTENT
The content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or our suppliers and may not be copied without permission.
11. PRIVACY
How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. If you are a consumer in Australia, you also keep the protections of the Australian Consumer Law.
13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
