WHERE WE DELIVER

We currently deliver within Australia only.

DELIVERY COST

Delivery is free on all orders, with tracking.

DELIVERY TIMES

Personalised items (such as engraved pet ID tags): each item is engraved to order. It takes 3–8 working days to make before it is sent to you.

Other items: the expected delivery time is shown at checkout.

Most orders arrive within 10–20 business days. These times are estimates. Occasional delays can happen, for example during public holidays, peak seasons or customs checks.

WHERE YOUR ORDER SHIPS FROM

Endu Pets is an online business based in South Africa. Our products are shipped directly to you from our partner warehouses overseas.

TRACKING

When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel. Tracking may take a few days to show its first update.

CUSTOMS

Orders under A$1,000 are not normally charged import duty in Australia.

YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct and complete. We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

If your tracking has not shown delivery within 30 business days of your order, contact us and we will investigate. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
